About the Owner
Through my culinary and botanical explorations abroad, I have been exposed to the cultures, flavors, and craftsmanship of many different countries.
I was interviewed as the head chef at the Canadian ice cream shop THE FIX,
earned my barista certification in Australia,
served as a cook at a restaurant visited by Leonardo DiCaprio,
and gained experience working in Hilton Hotel restaurants across Europe.
In Japan, I studied the Omotesenke school of tea ceremony, pursuing a deep harmony of taste and aroma.
In New Zealand, my sushi art was featured in local media,
and in Japan, my recipes have appeared in newspapers.
Through my experiences around the world, I have also acquired seven languages.
Today, I work directly with international artists and craftsmen,
sourcing antique jewelry and unique goods through my own global connections.
Drawing from my background in molecular biology,
I aim to create a shop that feels like a small magical laboratory—
a place where taste, aroma, plants, science, and culture intertwine.
